The 'Retsufot Libo Chefetz' kollel is one of the jewels in the crown, even in Modi'in Illit, the city of kollels. It was opened in 2017, out of recognition of the need of many exceptional avrechims to clarify the method of study that belongs to them, in terms of the subjects of study and its procedures, but there is no exactly suitable framework. And the choices before them are, either to study without a scholarship and with obligations, in solitary confinement, or to give up their dream, and to compromise with what is available... The great rabbis have raised the plight of them and the lack of satisfaction caused to them, and after all, we believe in the words of Chazal, that learning does not take place except when one is engaged in what one's heart desires.

Therefore, one of the most important Avrechim was generous to establish a Kollel, which would provide a solution for all those who would be able to engage in Torah as their heart desires, and with the added advantage that the study would be without distractions and idle talk, but rather continuous and complete.

The magnitude of success is evident. The students testify that they have found what they are passionate about and have reached new heights in Torah study. This is also proven by the important essays in all Torah subjects that were written within the walls of the kollel. One of the students' books even won the Modi'in Illit book competition out of hundreds of books submitted. There were also avrechims who were honored to complete the Shas with a recitation! Or to be tested on the Shas and M.V. with a recitation.
